Biyan Mienert is a lawyer in the field of Blockchain Technology and FinTech-Law. He is also a lecturer for Digitalization Law at the university for applied science in Hesse. He especially conducts research and advises on the legal issues and structuring of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), NFTs, Web3, and Token offerings. In his Ph.D. he developed as one of the first lawyers, a comprehensive legal framework for DAOs. Due to his expertise, he is a frequent speaker at international conferences and political working groups to point out the possible regulation for future technological developments and has advised numerous well-known crypto startups.
